If you're driving up Ritchie Highway in Severna Park, it's hard to miss the  headway being made on the soon-to-open Chick-fil-A. Noticeable progress has been made on the Chick-fil-A construction, and the shell of a building can now bee seen at 511 Ritchie Highway.
