Indecent Exposure Suspect In Severna Park Faces Numerous Charges

SEVERNA PARK, MD — A Glen Burnie man has been charged in four indecent exposure cases in Severna Park, and police are asking the public to contact officers with similar reports. The most recent case, which led to the arrest of Adam Patrick Sandow, 35, from Glen Burnie, happened on May 22, according to Anne Arundel County Police.

The father of a 15-year-old girl reported on May 22 that his daughter was walking with a friend along Evergreen Road near Maple Avenue in Severna Park. As the girls approached a blue Nissan four-door sedan, both girls saw the man inside the car was naked from the waist down and masturbating, police say.

Detectives identified the suspect as Sandow, and say he has also been named a suspect in three other incidents. Those cases were reported on March 20, March 29, and April 15, when Sandow allegedly exposed himself to girls outside the Severn School and at Kinder Farm Park.

On May 25, detectives arrested Sandow and charged him with four counts of indecent exposure.

Police describe Sandow is a white man, 5’6” tall, 165 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He drives a navy blue Nissan Versa 4-door sedan (pictured) bearing Maryland registration 1AZ1530.
