Mi Pueblo II Gearing Up for Opening

Severna Park residents are anxiously awaiting the opening of Park Plaza’s newest restaurant—Mu Pueblo II.

Since news that the Mexican-style restaurant was coming to Severna Park emerged in June, many area residents have been asking when it will officially open. 

Owner Maria Meza said they do not have an exact opening date yet, but said they are planning to be in business by the first week of August. Meza said construction on the inside of the building in Park Plaza is complete, but they are still finishing up with roof tiles and decorations. Mi Pueblo will then undergo its final inspection.

According to it's website, "Mi Pueblo Mexican Restaurant offers a traditional Mexican dining experience.” The restaurant features traditional Mexican dishes including: nachos, enchiladas, fajitas and quesadillas. The menu also features a seafood section and a children’s menu.

For those of you who can’t wait until August, Mi Pueblo is also located in Glen Burnie at 7556 Ritchie Highway.
