MOD Pizza Offers Free Food To Furloughed Federal Workers Jan. 23
On Jan. 23, 2 MOD Pizza locations will give away free pizza to federal workers who aren't getting paid during the government shutdown.

SEVERNA PARK, MD — MOD Pizza locations in both Severna Park and Glen Burnie are giving away free food to federal employees and contractors who aren't getting paid because of the partial government. The Annapolis location is not taking part in Wednesday's outreach to furloughed workers.
On Jan. 23, the Seattle-based, fast-casual pizza chain will offer a free MOD-size pizza or salad to customers who show a valid federal government ID. The two participating MOD Pizza stores are located at Arundel Plaza, 6654 Ritchie Hwy., Suite A, in Glen Burnie; and Severna Park Marketplace, 553 Ritchie Hwy., in Severna Park.
The offer is also available at these locations in Maryland: Columbia, Sykesville, Bowie, Frederick, Riverdale Park, Baltimore, California, and Dunkirk.
