Two drivers fought in the parking lot of a Kohl's store in Severna Park in a case of road rage, say Anne Arundel County Police.

SEVERNA PARK, MD — Two drivers caught up in road rage pulled off Ritchie Highway to fight in the parking lot of a Kohl's store in Severna Park, say Anne Arundel County Police. The fight happened just before noon Monday and left one driver with a knife wound to his arm.
Police were called to the Kohl’s parking lot in the 500 block of Ritchie Highway to meet with two drivers who were involved in a road rage incident while driving northbound on Ritchie Highway from College Parkway. The drivers told police they had pulled into the parking lot, got out of their vehicles and confronted each other.
During the argument one of the drivers, a 17-year-old boy, pulled out a folding knife and allegedly cut the other driver in the upper arm. The teenager — James Aaron Soliman of the 1100 block of Greenhill Road in Arnold — was arrested and charged as an adult with first- and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, and weapons violations.
