Officers reported a window had been broken out, which allowed a thief to enter the repair bay. Video surveillance showed a man broke into the gas station, stole tools and left in a green Ford pickup truck.

The suspect in the video — later identified by police as Richard Scott Rotramel, 54, of the 1200 block of Oakwood Road in Glen Burnie — was familiar to the responding officer.
