FedEx Box Was Suspicious Item in Severna Park: Update
Anne Arundel County Police, fire personnel checked out a suspicious package reported in Severna Park; it was a box near a FedEx container.
UPDATED at 12:20 p.m. SEVERNA PARK, MD — Anne Arundel County authorities have given the all-clear after investigating a suspicious package at 650 Ritchie Highway in Severna Park.
Police said they had received a report of the package about 10:20 a.m. Monday. It turns out the package was a box near a Federal Express container; it has been cleared and deemed safe. All units have left the scene.
The address matches that of the Bay Area Behavioral Health office.
