Victoria’s Fancy Foods Looking to Move

The owner of the Severna Park store said she is looking for a tenant to take over her current lease.

Victoria’s Fancy Foods is looking to make a more to Park Plaza, but first needs a tenant to take over the store’s current lease in 1st Mariner Bank Square.

Storeowner Victoria Stagmer said she had two candidates poised to take over her current space, but they both fell through.

Patch had previously reported that Bear’s Honeypot—an Odenton cheese and specialty store—was looking to move to the 1st Mariner Bank Square location, but that deal fell through when the owner decided to stay in west county.

Stagmer said she looking to move into the old tanning salon location in Park Plaza, which is on the corner near Split Ends. She said she is simply looking to expand.

“My Winespeak for Women program has really grown and I need more space for the tastings,” Stagmer said. “And, lots more room for wine.”

According to Stagmer, Victoria’s Fancy Foods’ current location is most ideal for a caterer. She said the space is 1,333 square feet, has a health department approved kitchen and a finished handicapped approved bathroom.
