Domestic Assault In Severna Park Under Investigation

SEVERNA PARK, MD — Police said one person was injured in a domestic assault in Severna Park on Tuesday, Oct. 30. A woman is accused of injuring a man, according to authorities.

Officials said the assault occurred in the 300 block of Balsam Drive.

At first, police described the incident as a stabbing, but officials revised their statement on Wednesday, Oct. 31, saying: "Update: This was not a stabbing. Male was struck with an unknown object."

The victim's injury was not believed to be life-threatening, according to the Anne Arundel County Police Department.
