Beer, Wine Added To Silver Spring Underground Pizza Co. Menu: Report
Diners visiting the Underground Pizza Co. location in Silver Spring in January can take advantage of discounts on beer and wine purchases.
SILVER SPRING, MD — To mark the addition of beer and wine to its menu, Underground Pizza Co. located at 8235 Georgia Ave. in Silver Spring is offering a 25 percent discount off of all beer and a 50 percent discount on bottles of wine, according to The MoCo Show. The discounts will run through January.
Owner Evan Weinstein started the business as a pop-up restaurant in 2020, after area restaurants were forced to close their doors due to the pandemic, according to The MoCo Show's report.
In addition to selling Detroit-style pizza, Underground Pizza Co. also serves wings, salads and "pepperoni infused" mac & cheese balls.
