Nash & Smash To Open MOCO Restaurant In September
Nash & Smash is bringing its fried chicken, Nashville-style sandwiches and smashed burger to Montgomery County. It will be the 3rd MD site.
SILVER SPRING, MD — Nash & Smash is bringing its fried chicken, Nashville-style sandwiches and smashed burger to Montgomery County soon.
The expanding restaurant chain has locations open in Ellicott City and Laurel, with a Silver Spring site and Columbia locations coming soon.
Nash & Smash owner Zayan Abbasi told MoCo360 the store in the Woodmoor Shopping Center at 10121 Colesville Road in Silver Spring will open in early to mid-September.

The new restaurant is located in a former Subway sandwich shop and is between Bento, a Japanese restaurant, and the Woodmoor Cleaners, MoCo360 reported.
Signs and window decals for the shop have been posted at the restaurant since late June, according to the MoCo Show, which first reported the restaurant opening.

"Our expertise lies in crafting mouthwatering fried chicken, wings, and strips, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor," the Nash & Smash website said of its offerings. "We take great pride in offering a diverse range of options, including delectable mocktails and irresistible cakes."
Smash burgers are available in various sizes, ranging from 3, 6, 9, to 12 ounces, allowing diners to customize their order according to their appetite.
The chain said it sources ingredients locally to contribute to the growth and sustainability of local partners.
