Adventist Healthcare, parent company to Washington Adventist Hopsital, will go before the Maryland Health Commission Monday to present a proposal to move to the future site of the hospital in White Oak, according to an <a href="http://www.washingtonpost.com/local/washington-adventist-hospital-seeking-approval-to-move-from-takoma-park-to-site-near-white-oak/2011/08/08/gIQAH0DJ2I_story.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Associated Press report</a> in the Washington Post. The meeting will be one of the last parts of the approval process. The Takoma Park campus would stay open as a primary health care facility.
