Natalie Davis, author of “Saying Yes: My Adventures in Polyamory,” is the editor of the online publication Polyamory Today. Training goes beyond standard martial arts drills, covering a wide range of topics: striking, grappling, ground movement, joint control, environmental awareness, improvised defense, and working against both armed and unarmed opponents.
