For over thirty years, we have provided families with a safe, engaging, and active summer camp experience for children three years old to fourteen. With the sprawling Sandy Spring Friends School campus, we offer summer experiences for your children that will provide lifelong memories and friendships. That doesn't mean you should drink and drive though. <a href="http://www.wrap.org/soberride/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Washington Regional Alcohol Program (WRAP)</a> SoberRide initiative is hoping you taking them up on a free ride home Mar. 17. The St. Patrick's Day SoberRide program will be offered Saturday from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. the next morning. Anyone over the age of 21 can receive a free cab ride, up to a $30 value, by calling 800-200-8294 and referring to the SoberRide program. All calls must originate in Montgomery and Prince George's Counties; the Cities of Rockville, Bowie, College Park, Gaithersburg, Greenbelt and Takoma Park; the District of Columbia; Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William and Eastern Loudoun Counties; and the Cities of Alexandria, Falls Church, Fairfax, Manassas and Manassas Park. The program, running since 1993, has been popular, providing 54,873 safe rides home, according to the program statistics. SoberRide also operates during the December/January holiday season, Independence Day and Halloween.
