Heroin Dealer Pleads Guilty To Selling In Montgomery County
A Takoma Park man pleaded guilty Friday to selling heroin and fentanyl-laced heroin that caused an overdose in Montgomery County.

TAKOMA PARK, MD — A Takoma Park man pleaded guilty Friday to selling heroin and fentanyl-laced heroin that caused an overdose in Montgomery County, according to reports.
Stanley Eugene Green Jr., 42, pleaded guilty in the U.S. District Court in Greenbelt, Montgomery Community Media reports.
A confidential informant told police about heroin sales at an apartment at 636 Houston Court in Takoma Park in August 2016.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and Takoma Park police investigated from August 2016 to April 2017 and identified Green as a suspect, who went by the name "Rico."
Police said someone who bought heroin from Green suffered an overdose and was hospitalized for months in January 2017.

Green pled guilty to heroin and firearm charges and will be required to forfeit $37,592 and the firearms seized during the search of his apartment.
