City officials have been receiving complaints about the light cycles for the traffic signals at Takoma Junction, Takoma Park Police said. Police have been monitoring the situation and have determined the light cycles have been changed and are causing problems for motorists. Police have contacted the State Highway Administration with the issue and have asked them to address it.   Check back for more developments on this story.
