TAKOMA PARK, MD — Police are searching for the owner of a missing dog who was found running in and out of traffic in Takoma Park Monday morning. The pictured dog was found running in the 1100 block of University Blvd., police said. A police officer was able to calm the dog down until Animal Services arrived. The dog is a young male who appears to be in good health, police said. He is not wearing a collar.
