6900 blk of Carroll Ave., on Saturday, July 30 at 11:39 a.m., officers responded for an assault that just occurred. A known suspect was detained after assaulting a member of a church. The suspect was taken into custody and submitted to the hospital for a mental evaluation.
Larceny
7400 blk of Glenside Dr., on Wednesday, August 3 at 7:38 p.m., officers responded for a theft that occurred overnight. Unknown suspect(s) removed a rear tag from a vehicle.

8000 blk of Flower Ave., on Saturday, July 30 at 12:36 p.m., officers responded for a theft that just occurred. A known juvenile suspect stole money from a business owner and later returned it after the theft was discovered. No charges were filed.
7200 blk of Flower Ave., on Saturday, July 30 at 11:31 a.m., officers responded for a theft that occurred overnight. Unknown suspect(s) stole a portable A/C unit from a residence.
Assault
8600 blk of Flower Ave., on Saturday, July 30 at 3:58 p.m., officers responded for an assault that just occurred. Six male suspects assaulted a male victim as he exited a restaurant and fled the scene. No property was taken and the victims injures were treated on scene.

1000 blk of University Blvd., on Monday, August 1 at 11:13 p.m., officers responded for a theft that occurred earlier. Unknown suspect(s) stole money from a business.

Intersection of Maplewood Ave and Maple Ave, on Wednesday, August 3 at 1:04 p.m., a male 27 was arrested for possession of marijuana.
7100 blk of Sycamore Ave., on Wednesday, August 3 at 1:04 a.m., a male 18 and a female 17 were arrested for underage possession of alcohol and released to guardians.
100 blk of Lee Ave., on Wednesday, August 3 at 12:10 a.m., a female 22 was arrested for possession of marijuana.
7600 blk of Maple Ave., on Friday, July 29 at 2:41 p.m., a female 28 was arrested for having an open warrant for assault through this agency.
