Update Mar. 29: Nicole Michelle Owens, returned home.  She is safe and in good health. Original story: Police are searching for a missing Takoma Park girl. Nicole Michelle Owens, 13, was last seen on March 26 in the 8500 block of Flower Ave. She was wearing a gray jacket, black blouse, blue jeans and hoop earrings, police said. Owens is a black female, 5-foot-6, 130 pounds, brown eyes and black hair.  She is a habitual runaway, police said. Anyone who has information about her whereabouts is asked to contact Det. Butler of the Takoma Park Police Department at 301-270-1100 and refer to case #11014455.
