Ward 1:
Larceny from Vehicle
- 7300 blk. of Takoma Ave., on Monday, February 27 at 6:12 p.m., officer responded to a theft that occurred earlier. Unknown suspect(s) broke the vehicle window and stole property.
- 500 blk. of New York Ave., on Friday, February 24 at 1:01 a.m., officers responded to a theft in progress. The victim was walking to his car when he observed an unknown male suspect rummaging through his unlocked vehicle. The suspect fled without stealing any property.

- 7600 blk. of Carroll Ave., on Friday, February 24 at 8:18 p.m., officers responded to an assault that just occurred. A known suspect assaulted a female employee at the hospital during an argument. The suspect fled and was later apprehended by Montgomery County Police.

Larceny from Vehicle
- 6300 blk. of New Hampshire Ave., on Friday, February 24 at 11:13 a.m., officers responded to a theft that just occurred. Unknown suspects pulled alongside the female victim’s vehicle while the victim pumped gas, opened the victims unlocked car door, removed property, and fled the scene.
- 6400 blk. of New Hampshire Ave., on Friday, February 24 at 11:15 a.m., officers responded to a theft that just occurred. Unknown suspects pulled alongside the female victim’s vehicle while the victim pumped gas, opened the victims unlocked car door, removed property, and fled the scene.
- 6500 blk. of New Hampshire Ave., on Friday, February 24 at 8:11 a.m., officers responded to a theft that occurred earlier. Unknown suspect(s) removed property from a vehicle by unknown means when the vehicle was being serviced.

- 7500 blk. of Maple Ave., on Sunday, February 26 at 1:12 p.m., officers responded to a theft that occurred earlier. Unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked vehicle and stole property.

Robbery
- 1300 blk. of University Blvd., on Sunday, February 26 at 2:30 a.m., officers responded to a robbery that just occurred. An unknown male suspect attempted to shoplift items from a business. When confronted by the employee the suspect assaulted the employee and fled with the employee’s cell phone.
Assault
- 7500 blk. of New Hampshire Ave., on Sunday, February 26 at 1:03 p.m., a male 20 was arrested for assault and destruction of property.
Larceny from Auto
- 7100 blk. of 13th Ave., on Sunday, February 26 at 3:39 a.m., officers responded to a theft in progress. Unknown suspects attempted to break a vehicle window, but fled in a waiting vehicle before gaining entry.
