Update Aug. 27, 5:40 p.m.: Caroline Kristina Gibney has been found and is safe. Original Story: Takoma Park Police are looking for a runaway teen who has been missing since Aug. 25. Caroline Kristina Gibney, 15, was least seen in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue.  Gibney is a white female, 5-foot-7, 120 pounds, black hair, brown eyes with a fair complexion. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, an unknown shirt and shoes and has a scar on her left cheek. Gibney , but was found a few days later.
