Willow Street Yoga Celebrates a Month of Self-Care
Classes and workshops available for all

Willow Street Yoga Center, 6930 Carroll Ave, Takoma Park, MD, is celebrating a month of self-care through October. Lori Wilen, Co-Director of the studio, noted, "This month, we invite each individual to put on their own oxygen mask first. We need to ask ourselves what self-care means to us personally and start working on it.” She urges community members to find out which classes and workshops might help achieve that goal.
