The Baltimore County Police Department's 161st Recruit Class graduated today, February 24. The ceremony took place at 4 p.m. and was be held in the Theatre at CCBC-Essex, located at 7201 Rossville Blvd., 21237.

Police Chief Melissa R. Hyatt addressed the recruit class. Chief Edward Jackson, Annapolis Police Department; Sheriff Scott Adams, Cecil County Sheriff’s Department; and Lieutenant Kathleen Ford, Elkton Police Department were in attendance to present diplomas to their recent graduates.

The Honorable Julie Ensor, Clerk of the Circuit Court, administered the oath of office.
