On January 31, 2022, Baltimore County Burglary Detectives charged four suspects with 2nd degree burglary in reference to an ATM theft that occurred in the 6200 block of N.Charles St., 21212. Jaquawon K. Matthews (24), Jermaine K. Matthews (26), Michael A.Owens (26), and Keshawna T. Williams (21) were all arrested after detectives and specialized units from the Baltimore County Police Department observed the group stealing an ATM from a closed business, after ramming a stolen van into the building.

This investigation is still ongoing. Jaquawon and Jermaine Matthews as well as Michael Owens are currently being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center.  Keshawna Williams was released on $10,000 bail.
