Baltimore County Schools Commission Website Sharing Grades, Assessments
The Board of Education approved a contract to build the BCPS One website.

Baltimore County schools plan to create a website only accessible to students, staff and parents to serve as a central location to share instructional information.
On Tuesday the Board of Education approved contracts with two companies to create a secure website being dubbed BCPS One, according to a news release.Â
"Our goal is to provide one, easy to use but secure location for accessing everything from classroom assessments to student grades," Superintendent S. Dallas Dance said in the news release.

The new website will incorporate existing school data systems, the STARS student information system and the Blackboard Connect notification system.
The school system hopes to have parts of the new system online by the 2014-2015 school year. Â Â Â
