Bay Bank of Lutherville Acquires 10 Carrollton Bank Branches
The Carrollton branches, that are located throughout the Baltimore Metropolitan Area, as well as Bay Bank branches, will soon be renamed BayBank.
Ten Carrollton bank branches will be renamed soon, because their aquisition by Bay Bank is now complete.
On Monday, the Lutherville company Bay Bank announced that the deal is final, and that the banks, including Bay Banks, will be rebranded as "BayBank," according to a news release on Globe Newswire.
It was final April 19, according to the BayBank website. Grand openings will be from April 29 to June 1, the release states.

Also, Jefferson Bancorp, Inc., the parent company of BayBank, "completed its merger with Carrollton Bancorp," it states.

Customers of Carrollton bank can log into banking services at carrolltonbank.com, now part of the Bay Bank website.
BayBank has branches from Harford to Anne Arundel counties, as well as Salisbury on the Eastern Shore, the release states.
