Toilet Paper Roll Set on Fire at School
The fire department investigates, rules it as first-degree arson.

A 16-year-old boy allegedly lit a roll of toilet paper on fire in a bathroon at Dulaney High School, 255 E. Padonia Rd, and the fire department has ruled it first-degree arson.
Between 11:15 a.m. and 11:34 a.m. Monday, a roll attached to a dispenser was set afire, according to a report by the Baltimore County Police Department's Cockeysville Precinct.
A detective with the county fire department ruled that it was intentionally set which is first-degree arson.
