Masked Robber Gets Money Bag, Police Make Arrest

A Middle River man was charged with robbing the Hair Envy Co. salon in Lutherville-Timonium at gunpoint.
Charles Wheeler Jr. of the 3900 block of Hunt Harbor Rd., Middle River is charged with armed robbery, robbery, first-degree assault, theft of less than $1,000 and possession/not marijuana, according to Baltimore County police.
At 9 a.m. Friday, a man wearing a mask held up an employee at the salon on 1818 Pot Spring Rd. in Lutherville-Timonium, implied to a clerk that he had a gun, and demanded money.Â

He stole a bank bag of cash the clerk handed him.
A witness gave a description of a vehicle the robber may have used to leave, and police arrested Wheeler.  He is  being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bond.
