“Food is such an integral part of our happiness and well-being. It brings families together, it comforts us, and it gives us the energy we need to be the best versions of ourselves,” said Katz. “Teaching people how to appreciate food and understanding its role in a healthy lifestyle is a gift that will last a lifetime. We learn so much at the family table, so if I can help families make healthier choices, those healthy choices become a family tradition.”
