Tipsy?Taxi is back for St. Patrick's Day. From 4 p.m. Saturday to 4 a.m. Sunday, if you are over 21 and have been drinking at any Baltimore City bar, you can call 877-963-TAXI for a free ride home up to $50.
The program is sponsored by AAA and Yellow Cab.
