3 Injured In Baltimore County Shootings: Police

Three men were shot recently in Baltimore County, police said. Investigators offered a reward for tips in the two separate shootings.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Three men were shot this weekend in two separate Baltimore County shootings, leaving police seeking tips.

Officers said the first shooting happened Friday in Gwynn Oak around 6:15 a.m.

Authorities said they found the victim, 56, with an apparent gunshot wound in the 6700 block of Windsor Mill Road.

Medics took him to a hospital, police said, noting that he's expected to survive.

Officers said this was "an isolated incident that poses no threat to the community at this time."

A double-shooting happened Saturday evening in Woodlawn, police said.

Officers said they learned around 11:50 p.m. that there were two walk-in shooting victims at a nearby hospital.

Authorities said they determined that the shooting happened in the 8700 block of Liberty Road.

The victims were both 18, police said.

Officers said one suffered serious injuries to the upper body, and the other "suffered what appeared to be a non-life-threatening injury."

Authorities have not mentioned any suspects in either case.

The Metro Crime Stoppers, an independent investigator, is also collecting anonymous tips and sharing them with officers. The Metro Crime Stoppers offered a cash reward of up to $2,000 for information that leads to an arrest on felony charges.
