The Arc Baltimore Board Adds Two New Directors
Miles & Stockbridge Attorney, Associated Black Charities CEO Bring Wide Range of Experience

Tyler Duckett-Oliver, a Labor & Employment Attorney at Miles & Stockbridge, PC, and Chrissy M. Thornton, President and CEO of Associated Black Charities, have been elected to serve three-year terms on the Board of Directors of The Arc Baltimore.
“The addition of these two incredibly talented individuals, each of whom possesses a wide range of personal and professional experience, puts The Arc Baltimore’s Board of Directors on a strong footing to deal with the challenges and opportunities likely to present themselves in the year ahead,” says Kathleen McNally Durkin, The Arc’s Chief Executive Officer. “Their hard work, and that of so many others, is at the heart of The Arc’s vision for people with developmental disabilities to live independently, work in meaningful jobs, and enjoy friendships and activities in the community.”
The new Directors were elected to The Arc Baltimore Board during the organization’s 2024 Annual Meeting and Awards Ceremony. The event also featured the election of new officers and award recognitions for those who have gone that extra mile in their service to the organization and those with developmental disabilities who are recipients of The Arc’s programs and services.
