Part of 75th Anniversary Celebration, Tournament Supports People with Developmental Disabilities

As part of its yearlong 75th anniversary celebration, The Arc Baltimore will hold its 31st Annual Golf Tournament next Monday, May 12, at The Country Club of Maryland, 1101 Stevenson Lane in Towson, Maryland.

The 31st Annual Golf Tournament features a shotgun start at noon, preceded by registration and a putting contest at 10:30 a.m. and lunch beginning at 11 a.m. Cocktails, heavy hors d' oeuvres, and the annual silent auction will follow the close of the tournament.

“The Annual Golf Tournament is one of our largest and most successful fundraisers, contributing nearly $100,000 each year to programs and services provided by The Arc Baltimore to support people with developmental disabilities and their families, enabling them to live independently, work in meaningful jobs, and enjoy friendships and activities in the community,” says the organization’s Chief Executive Officer, Kathleen McNally Durkin.
