ATV Rider Dies In Baltimore Crash: Police

An ATV rider died in a Baltimore crash, police said. He was 44.

BALTIMORE — An ATV rider was fatally struck by another vehicle this weekend in Baltimore's Harlem Park neighborhood, police said.

Officers said they were called Saturday around 5:25 p.m. to the 1800 block of West Lafayette Avenue.

Authorities said they found the Baltimore City Fire Department treating the man, 44. He died on the scene, a press release said. The victim has not yet been identified publicly.

The Baltimore Police Department said he was operating the ATV when he was struck by a transit van.

The Accident Investigation Unit asked anybody with information to call 410-396-2606.
