Barricade Over, Flashbang Deployed In Towson: Police

TOWSON, MD — Wednesday's barricade in Towson concluded with the subject in custody, police said.

Officers first announced the barricade in the 8800 block of Loch Raven Blvd. at 11:34 a.m.

At 12:46 p.m., authorities said they had the undisclosed person in custody.

The Baltimore County Police Department said it deployed "a flash/bang diversionary device prior to the subject's surrender."

The barricade happened in a commercial area with a hotel at Interstate 695 and Loch Raven Boulevard.
