Basketball: Tigers Tie Dubious Record
Online chatter is focused on Towson's men's basketball team, which appears to be on the verge of breaking the record for consecutive losses in Division I.

On Wednesday, the Towson University men's basketball team fell to Drexel, 60-27, tying the Division I record for consecutive losses, set at 24 by Sacramento State from 1997 to 1999.
The Tigers, under first-year coach Pat Skerry, faced a non-conference schedule that included the likes of Kansas, Michigan and, most recently, Virginia, where they held the Cavaliers close before falling 57-50. Only one player on Towson's roster played any minutes last season.
Here's what people are talking about as Towson approaches what could be its 35th loss Saturday at Old Dominion.
