BGE to Hold Meeting on East Towson Work

The utility will be working on lines and installing underground equipment this summer.

Baltimore Gas and Electric will brief residents next week on planned upgrades in East Towson that will last for much of the year.

The meeting will be held Monday, April 16 at 5 p.m. at the Country Club of Maryland.

According to Councilman David Marks, crews will work on overhead lines on Hillen Road from Fairmount Avenue to the pumping station at Far Hills Drive. The wrok will include new underground equipment at Hillen and Far Hills.

The work will begin within the next two months and could take up to six months to complete.
