State Sen. Jim Brochin, along with representatives from the Baltimore County police, will meet with residents to discuss crime and code enforcement issues in Loch Raven.
The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m., Dec. 3 at Pleasant Plain Elementary School cafeteria, 8300 Pleasant Plain Road.
