City to Shut Down York Road Water Main, Looking for Leak
The shutdown, to occur Thursday night into Friday morning, will allow crews to search for a leak at the Stevenson Lane intersection.
Baltimore City water contractors will shut down a section of a water main on York Road Thursday night as they continue hunting for the source of a mysterious leak.
The six-inch main on the west side of York Road will be shut down from Stevenson Lane to Chumleigh Road.

According to contractors with the Baltimore City Department of Public Works, five businesses, 17 homes and two fire hydrants will be affected by the shutdown, scheduled from 10:30 p.m. Thursday to 5:30 a.m. Friday.
City crews are looking for the source of a leak that has from the intersection of York Road and Stevenson Lane.
