Crash With Hazmat Snarls I-83 Traffic: Officials
Breaking: Traffic on Interstate 83 south is jammed due to a crash involving hazardous materials, officials say.
TIMONIUM, MD — A crash with hazardous materials is snarling traffic on Interstate 83 south at Timonium Road Thursday, according to the Providence Volunteer Fire Company.
Before 11:20 a.m., fire officials said their crews were at the scene of the crash, where all lanes were blocked.
By 11:30 a.m., authorities reported the two left lanes and left shoulder remained closed following the three-vehicle crash. Traffic was getting by on the right.
