According to a corporate disclosure notice filed in November, Fila Holdings — the parent company of Fila USA — said it planned to reorganize and downsize part of the company's North American operations.

In the filing, the company said it expected North American sales to decline and that "intensified market competition" had created an "unfavorable business environment."
