Firefighters Called To Towson Place, Officials Say

Crews investigated a potential fire in a commercial area off Putty Hill Avenue.

TOWSON, MD — A potential fire at Towson Place drew firefighters to the shopping center Tuesday afternoon, officials say.

After 1:45 p.m., the Providence Volunteer Fire Company reported its truck was looking into a possible fire in the air handling unit at 1238 Putty Hill Avenue.

That is the address for Marshalls and all other stores at the shopping center.
