Domestic Dispute Sparks Attempted Murder Arrest: Police
A domestic dispute led to a shooting in Baltimore County, police said. A Baltimore City man was charged with attempted murder.

GWYNN OAK, MD — A Baltimore man is being held without bond on an attempted murder charge after a recent domestic dispute shooting in Gwynn Oak, court records say.
Police on Wednesday identified the suspect as Quantae Lane, 41.
Officers said a man, 56, was shot last Friday around 6:15 a.m. in the 6700 block of Windsor Mill Road. He was hospitalized, but he's expected to survive.

Court records show that an arrest warrant was issued that day for Lane. Authorities served the warrant on Tuesday, the case file says.
The records say Judge Marsha L. Russell held Lane without bond on Wednesday.

The file says Lane was charged with:
- One count of attempted first-degree murder (Felony)
- Two counts of first-degree assault (Felony)
- Two counts of second-degree assault (Misdemeanor)
The records say Lane is also up against six gun charges, one of which is a felony.
"This was determined to be an isolated incident that poses no threat to the community," the Baltimore County Police Department said in a press release.
