Investigation Into Towson Accident Continues

No charges have been filed in the Monday morning crash that injured three, including Patch Local Editor Tyler Waldman.

UPDATED (12:16 p.m.)—Police continue to investigate the Monday morning accident that injured three people including a Patch local editor.

Tyler Waldman, 24, remains in critical condition at Shock Trauma, according to Cindy Rivers, a hospital spokeswoman.

Details surrounding the accident remain unclear.

Early investigation shows that a Honda Civic was traveling on Goucher Boulevard through the intersection of E. Joppa Road, Baltimore County police said in a statement. A Ford Mustang, traveling eastbound on East Joppa Road, struck the Civic, according to a police statement Monday.

The identity of the woman driving the Mustang and her passenger have not been released. Both were taken to Sinai Hospital Monday. The driver suffered minor injuries and treated and released from the hospital. Information on the passenger was not immediately available, according to Julia Hargrove, a police department spokeswoman.

The cause of the crash has not been determined and no charges have been filed as the investigation continues, Hargrove said.
