TOWSON, MD — A man has been charged in four burglaries at Towson businesses that occurred in February, according to police. The most recent break-in happened at a liquor store on East Joppa Road on Monday.

Robert C. Williams, 29, of the 2600 block of Oswego Avenue in Baltimore, was charged with 16 offenses, court records show.

Police said they were called around 1 a.m. on Monday to Skyline Liquor and Wine in the 200 block of East Joppa Road, where they found the front door of the business shattered and a "suspicious person" nearby.
