Man Displays Handgun in Road Rage Incident
The incident occurred Saturday near the intersection of York and Joppa roads.

A Phoenix man threatened four people, including two children, with a handgun during a Saturday road rage incident, according to Baltimore County police.
At 1:33 p.m., John Emmett, 52, of the 4000 block of Cloverland Drive allegedly pulled out the handgun and pointed it at the victims near the intersection of York and Joppa roads. All parties remained in the seats and vehicles during the incident, according to a Baltimore County police report.
Police later located Emmett's vehicle and positively identified him as the suspect, police said. A handgun was reportedly found under his vehicle's driver seat.
