Middle River Man Identified as Victim in Towson Fatality
A lawn maintenance worker was struck by a vehicle on Charles Street Tuesday morning.

Baltimore County Police have identified the lawn maintenance worker killed in a Tuesday morning vehicle accident in Towson as a Middle River resident.
Noe Rodriguez Alverto, 39, of the 9900 block of Dehavilland Way, was blowing away grass on a transitional lane from Old Willow Way onto Charles Street when he was reportedly struck by a 2002 Chrylser PT Cruiser traveling northbound, police said. Alverto was pronounced dead at 11:03 a.m.
The driver of the vehicle, a 41-year-old Loch Raven woman, and three passengers received treatment for minor injuries caused by window shards at Greater Baltimore Medical Center.
