After Search Effort, Girl Found Near Trail: Police

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Police said a teen who went missing in Baltimore County in the Hereford area on Monday has been found.

Around 6:30 p.m., crews began what would turn into an hours-long search effort in the vicinity of Hereford High School and near the NCR trail. Police said they were using drone and ATV assistance and on- the-ground crews.

Madison Ward, 16, was located and being evaluated by emergency medical services personnel, police reported before 10:30 p.m.
