Rat Eradication Sweeps Not Yet Complete
The initiative is now slated for completion in November.

Rat eradication sweeps targeting several Towson and Loch Raven-area neighborhoods are now expected to be finished in November.
"It's lasting a little longer than we thought," Councilman David Marks said.
Marks cited weather-related issues as a reason for delays in the project, which was initially slated to wrap up by the end of the summer.

Loch Raven Village, Ridgeleigh and Hillendale are among the neighborhoods that still need to undergo the sweeps.
In June, Marks said the rat issue was a common complaint from residents, especially those in older neighborhoods.
