Reporter, Community Leaders Among Marks' Citizens of the Year

Three residents were recognized, including one from Towson, one from Loch Raven and one from Perry Hall.

County Councilman David Marks honored three of his constituents with "Citizen of the Year" awards, he announced Monday.

Former Towson Times reporter Loni Ingraham of Knollwood, Ridgeleigh Community Association president Bill Deysher and outgoing planning board member of Perry Hall received the awards.
